BOLIVIA, N.C. — Brunswick County has hired Robert Shaver, Jr. as its new County Attorney. Shaver’s first day in his new role will be Monday, Jan. 4. He currently works as the County Attorney for Rockingham County, where he has worked since 2007. Prior to that, he worked for five years as County Attorney in Caswell County.
