Commissioner Frank Williams, District Attorney Jon David and NCACC Executive Director Kevin Leonard met with Chief Justice Paul Newby and Drew Heath, Director of the N.C. Administrative Office of the Courts in Raleigh on July 12. They discussed the important statewide relationship between Counties, which build and maintain County courthouses, and the Judicial branch, which works in those courthouses. The group also discussed the state’s opioid crisis.
