NCACC President Frank Williams Appoints 100 Counties Prepared Task Force

Amid the peak of the Atlantic Basin’s 2021 hurricane season, NCACC President Frank Williams announced the following appointments to the 100 Counties Prepared Task Force, which will guide his year-long initiative to equip county commissioners with resources and tools to lead effectively during emergency situations.
